What an AI assistant can do
This is the complete list of operations a connected assistant can perform. If it is not on this page, an assistant cannot do it — the list is the boundary, not a sample of it.

Two kinds of operation
Read — answers a question from your live data. Happens immediately.
Draft — proposes a change and stops. Nothing is written until you open Settings → AI Drafts in Laabam One and approve it. The assistant cannot approve its own draft, and nothing is handed back to it that could complete the write.
There is exactly one exception, marked where it appears: raising a support request is created immediately rather than held for approval.
Every operation checks the same permission as the equivalent screen in the app, against your own role, on every request. A tool being listed here does not mean you can use it — it means Laabam One offers it to someone whose role allows it.
Availability
Some operations are newer than the version of our app that OpenAI has finished reviewing.

Both sets of steps in Connect an AI assistant add the connector yourself — "Add custom connector" in Claude, Developer mode in ChatGPT. That kind of connection reads our live list, so it sees every operation on this page.
The Everywhere column matters only if you installed Laabam.One from the ChatGPT app directory instead. That app is reviewed and published at version 1.0.0, and OpenAI requires a new version to be reviewed before added tools appear in it.

Both campaign operations stop at a draft, and approving a draft still only creates the campaign. Sending is a separate, deliberate action you take in Laabam One.
Support

create-support-request creates the request straight away.
The worst case is a ticket nobody needed, which is visible and easy to close — and someone reporting a problem cannot approve their own draft, so holding it back would leave the report unseen.
What is deliberately absent
No operation deletes anything. No operation sends a message, an email or an invoice to a customer. No operation moves money, takes a payment, or changes a bank record. No operation touches payroll, users or permissions.
Those are not oversights. Reading is safe because a wrong answer is visible and costs nothing; drafting is safe because a person sees the proposal before it becomes real. Actions that reach another person, or move money, sit outside both of those and stay in the app.
